Experience what the Vancouver Sun hailed as a, "phenomenon" and caused the Georgia Straight to proclaim, “There is no funner night out!” Paul Anthony’s Talent Time is a live comedy/variety/talk show and TV program that occurs live at the Rio Theatre on the first Thursday of every month, and airs both locally on Novus TV and internationally on Amazon Prime Video.

On Thursday, May 2, TALENT TIME returns with an episode being produced for Charles Calladine as part of a perk he earned during the show's crowdfunding campaign. It's TALENT TIME: The Sitcom! (Last month, the show had to do a Renaissance Faire which worked out wonderfully.)

"Paul's a struggling artist who puts on a community variety show when he's not working at a bakery. Ryan is his wacky neighbor who keep dreaming up useless inventions. Aaron Charles Read from the The Sunday Service guest stars as a cop who just might throw a wrench into things. It will be a show within a show, with a television laugh track and madcap hijinks."

A couple years ago I got an email from a 16 year old aspiring comedian asking me if I would be a guest on his podcast that he records at the public library. I agreed and in the years following he's busted his ass making solid comedy videos and crafting interesting stand up. He gets way more views then us on his youtube channel so now it's time for me to use him to try and capture the attention of the youth. Wish me luck!
