Superstar Chow Yun-fat stars as Officer "Tequila" Yuen, a maverick cop who loses his partner Benny (Bowie Lam) in a shoot-out with gun smugglers gone awry. In order to get closer to the leaders of the ring, he joins forces with an undercover cop names Alan (Tony Leung) who's posing as a gangster hitman.
