Above all else, we here at the Rio Theatre are movie lovers. And there's nothing we love more than seeing some of the all-time classics of cinema on the big screen, just as nature intended. With that in mind, we felt there as no better way to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of one of our forever favourites, Francis Ford Coppola's THE GODFATHER than with an encore, big screen viewing it so richly deserves.

Mario Puzo's best-selling saga of the Italian-American Corleone crime family, THE GODFATHER, was adapted by Francis Ford Coppola into not one, but two of the most acclaimed (not to mention influential) films ever put to celluloid.
