Ostensibly an old school buddy movie (that somehow, easily and effortlessly, manages to elevate "the female gaze"), the film revolves around the personal and professional relationship between Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio), former star of a western TV series, and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Pitt). Both are struggling to make it in a Hollywood they don't recognize anymore. But Rick has a very famous next-door neighbor... Sharon Tate. With Margot Robbie, Timothy Olyphant, Dakota Fanning, Bruce Dern, Emile Hirsch, Luke Perry, Damian Lewis, Al Pacino.
