"You're so money and you don't even know it!"
Listen up, beautiful babies: Back in the mid-90s, the dating scene was different, you dig? There was no internet, there were no cellphones (*unless you were Gordon Gecko, maybe?), and there was definitely no swiping left or right if you wanted to hook up. What there definitely was, though, was agonizing over whether or not you could get (or give) your phone number to another human, your friends Glen Garry and Glen Livet, the idea that maybe swing dancing and a 60s-inspired lounge scene might actually make a legitimate comeback and be cool again, and dreams of makin' it all the way to Vegas, baby.... And the movie that captured it all in a carefree moment of pretty perfect cinema was director Doug Liman's bromantic comedy SWINGERS, starring Vince Vaughn, Jon Favreau (who also wrote the script), Ron Livingston, and Heather Graham.
