Musk
An incisive look behind the legend of Elon Musk, the world’s most heralded “inventor-entrepreneur” who has enormous influence on the world in which we all live.
“Alex Gibney, Musk’s director, is fascinated by people who invent and then believe their own stories, and Musk’s is a whopper, nearly four hours long. (Settle in, because it’s worth it.)” (Globe and Mail)
“Oscar-winner Alex Gibney’s 4-hour documentary about Elon Musk may be the most important film of the year.” (RogerEbert.com)
“There is no question that Musk serves as a vital, nearly comprehensive document not just of Musk as a person, but of the increasingly dystopian world he is currently helping to shape. (It didn’t need the gimmicks.)” (Consequence)
“While there were very few nuggets of new information, the sheer breadth of the film makes for a stunningly comprehensive accounting of a man [director] Gibney considers a danger to society. ” (NPR)
