Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly star as Brennan Huff and Dale Doback, two kind loser-ish grown, unemployed man-children who have something in common: they live at home. When their respective parents meet and decide to get married, they are forced to become roommates, and turn into jealous, competitive, and very territorial stepbrothers. Brennan's constant competition with Dale strains his mom's marriage to Dale's dad, leaving everyone to wonder whether they'll ever see eye to eye. Also starring Mary Steenburgen, Richard Jenkins and Adam Scott.
